Pedro ‘n’ Pip is a raucous, uplifting rock ‘n’ roll odyssey about a tenacious ten-year-old girl, named Pip, and a ‘rockoctopus’, Pedro, who she meets while scuba diving after an oil spill in the Gulf. Together, they forge a powerful friendship and unite sea creatures and landlubbers alike to help clean up our waters for the good of all. A funny, tender, courageous story meant to raise environmental awareness in our kids.

Author, Music, Lyricist, Producer, and Performer
Taylor Barton brings over 20 years of her music, writing and event production to her role as producer. She has released 8 cds, a novel, an award winning film (50 Watt Fuse) and performed all over the country. Throughout her career, Taylor has worked with a variety of actors, artists and organizations in the corporate, non-profit and entertainment space providing them with content, promotional and marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and naming as well as successfully executing integrated campaigns involving events, advertising, PR, direct, and interactive. She has produced and launched more than 50 events worldwide.
Producer and Performer
GE Smith, co-produced the score with Taylor Barton. He is a grammy nominee, Emmy award winning bandleader known as a legendary Musical Director, producer and guitarist. He held tenure at Saturday Night Live (85’-95’) and was sideman to Dylan, Bowie, Roger Waters, Hall & Oates and every other major influence of the Rock n Roll World. He and his crack band (Tony Shanahan, Jeff Kazee, and Alex Alexander) created the soundtrack of Taylor Barton’s extraordinary score. GE has the fine distinction as having a signature Fender Telecaster.
